Well this has all happened to us too and based on our personal experience we have decided to offer all our clients what we call our “Personal Guarantee.”
Our “Personal Guarantee” to you is that we will always treat you with respect, give you the right advice and hopefully go beyond what we believe our competitors offer.
We are so confident in the quality of our fitters work that we guarantee our fitting. If you have had a carpet fitted by us and it needs adjusting at anytime within its life expectancy then we’ll sort it for free!
If in the unlikely event of a mishap the only resolution is to replace a carpet or vinyl then we won’t run away from this option. Our only proviso is that the carpet is fitted by one of our own fitters and in line with manufacturer’s expectations. Unfortunately much as we would like to - fitting a new carpet on an existing underlay or underlay not supplied by us cannot be covered by our “Personal Guarantee.”
We are so confident in the manufacturers we use that we know they will work with us on getting any manufacturing problems sorted out with the minimum amount of fuss. That’s our “Personal Guarantee.”
As the vast majority of our business is on the recommendation of our existing customers and we want you to feel confident in joining with the literally 1000’s of people we have served over the last 38 years or more.
